Eating egg-yolks shoots up cholesterol level:
Myths get around quickly than well-researched facts. Copious misconceptions have been linked with the consumption of egg-yolks. A significant rise in cholesterol level, root of coronary heart disease and source of saturated fat are just like one side of the same fence. The vague so called “disadvantages should not overshadow the explicit advantages. Egg yolk is the primary source of B-Complex vitamin choline, carotenoids and Sulphur.
Follow-up solution: Never single out yourself from having eggs in your diet. egg yolks protect vision loss, reduce inflammation, causes better neurological function and help in the production of vollagen keratin.

Totally varies from person to person. However, you should not have more than 2 eggs if you are not into intense work-out routine.

@Veekben I mentioned that Eating eggs don't make you fat; but if you eat 3 -4 egg yolks a day, it will make you fat actually unless you want to be an athlete (they too have certain restrictions). You can eat egg whites; but I would suggest don't eat 'too much' egg yolk.
