I couldn't even watch more than half of it ... I mean; I was free to, but---I just couldn't endure all the squabbling (I can barely even handle 'this much of it') https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U8VHc49ZdP4 One thing that struck me (which I don't think the linked summary shows): how Democrats & Republicans address the people differently. Sure, both of them 'directed most of their statements' to moderator Chris Wallace; but occasionally Joe would address 'all of us' (looking at the camera, like he was telling each of us what we need to do); whereas Trump seemed to be addressing the public from his High White Tower. What are your reactions to that debate?

@marlina Which way do you think it moved 'voters on the fence'?

I couldn't watch it, the squabbling upset me, totally. This was so childish and unprofessional.

What news do you watch to get a summary? I get my political news from A Late Show with Stephen Colbert

Well, what do you expect from 2 old guys; one suffering from dementia, the other starting to be afflicted with dementia? Both of them are on their second childhood. That is why they acted and talked like kids.

It was very Trumpian, thus very hard to watch. I almost never watch him on tv because I find him so distasteful. I did watch the debate, though, every minute of it.

Did you agree that Joe seemed to 'include us People' in his arguments, while Trump was 'up in his High White Tower?'

Biden's looking into the camera was simply a ploy. He's desperate. He has nothing to run on. Plain and simple. THAT aside, the debate WAS a complete and utter disaster, and while I continue to support Trump I was highly disappointed and disgusted by his performance. Trump has an amazing list of accomplishments and effective policies, and all of that got lost in whatever this was the two were doing on that stage.
