Renting an apartment is a good business because most of the people nowadays are staying at home and some are looking for a place to stay which is closer to their job because nowadays most of the public transport is currently on hold or limited due to health issues

@Timex123 I want to have none, but I know that Amazon made a lot of money during the pandemic because people order online as they cannot go out.

@LadyDuck Indeed. Nowadays most people have to be careful and decided to stay inside the house than going outside and yes, I'm sure Amazon made a lot of money due to the situation since some of the malls are closed or limits the people who can go inside

Grocery pick up service is a good idea. Hand sanitizer, maybe depends on which country do you live because in some places they only credited a few manufacturer. Online store is good if your stuffs are all in demand, if not then it's not good

It is also good for a long run because some apartment rents or prices are increasing every year, and even though there's no pandemic. Rental apartment is a good way. What if your apartment is closed to malls then the price is higher

Indeed. Let's say that you're running an apartment and each apartment price are $100 for every month, and then let say you have 10 apartments then that would be $1000 per month. Easy money, right? It is also good for a long run since you owned the lot
