My stressful October 1

I wake up today and my mother is not feeling well. I took her BP and it is 150 over 80. She is high blood. I have no choice but to prepare the breakfast. After that I help in preparing the lunch chopping onions and garlic. I also need to help in repacking our Shopee orders. After that I need to wash a mountain of dishes because mother cannot wash the dishes last dinner. I also need to cook rice. It was a tiring day

But those are simple daily chores your mother need not do for you. Don't you like cooking?
Washing the dishes is a must. You must learn to like cleaning because you will do it all your life.
Serve your mother well. Let her rest.

@averygirl72 I was almost all alone this pandemic year and I willed to complete my chores each day. My elder daughter has arrived and has since been doing all the cooking, cleaning, marketing, and everything else.
She has informed me that she will cut my pandemic hair.

Hope she feels better soon. It's hard when one has hypertension. Stress should be avoided. Diet is a must.

No. She doesn't have high blood often. She is okay now. I am more relax now
