Hours of sleep?

I would be sleepy all day long, then have trouble falling asleep later when night fell. is bad habit. Then is there a bedtime that I should do? difficulty sleeping at night makes it difficult for me to do activities during the day,
how about you, is there the same? ah i also have anemia, does it have an effect?

I have a good sleep cycle..7 hours in night and a quick 20-30 minutes nap in afternoon. Anemia will make you tired and sleepy whole day.

@Sanggita I think treating your anemia should be the main focus. That might be the real culprit here.

Thankfully, I sleep well at nights. Sometimes people take long sleeps in the day and during the evening they can't get their sleep. Try no to napping in the day to see if it works.

@Sanggita maybe before your sleep, exercise or read a book that will make your body tired, and turn off your room lights

Not sure if anemia has an effect on sleeping patterns. Best that you consult a doctor.

I sleep only night time up to 7 hours, so I don't go for any nap in the day time lol.
