What do you do to those gifts that you never used?

When I received a gift and I already have it or I'll not use it. I'm just going to put it in my storage just in case someday I need to use it, I will just get it from my storage instead of buying a new one. Or If I'm not going to use it in the future then I'm just going to put it on my storage and leave it there.

I give them to my cousins or donate them. I don't want things accumulating and I would rather give them away if I don't use them.

@Timex123 I can’t it wouldn’t be nice. A gift is precious. But if I can’t use the gift someone else can benefit from it.

I can't do it here because the person who gave that to me will feel hurt when he or she find out that I give it to someone else

I got such gifts earlier and I asked the person you if I can exchange it. And glad they were okay with it. Since it's a gift I would like to keep it and not pass.

It's good that you asked them first before doing it, because there are other people gets offended if we exchange it without their consent.

I would prefer food too. However, in occasions like wedding most of the gifts are appliances
