Im bit uncomfortable

I missed my evening workout and this made me feel uncomfortable all through the evening. I should have taken up half and hour walk atleast. But now the time is already gone...so tomorrow it is

Don't worry. Sometimes it's good to give the body a rest. I missed my walk this morning due to the lab and the rain.

@amitkokiladitya The lab did a great job with their safety measures. My doctor will give me the results next wee. I'm just so happy to be home again.
