I watch many court shows online my question to you is would you sue a family member if they owed you money or would you just forget about it and cut your losses me personally i would forget about it because its too messy dealing with family and money matters.

It would depend on how much they owed me. But my rule is I never loan to family. I might give it but never expect it back.

For family members no, for others, maybe yes, especially if it is a big amount.

I never loan money to anyone. If someone really needs something I will buy it for them.

its best to buy it for them. because if you give them money they may use it for something else

If a family member owed me money and was not able to pay,i will not end up to the court. For me it's not good.Better i will forget about it if they don't have the ability to pay. Have mercy on others So that God will have mercy on us in the same way.

The golden rule do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
