Mushroom and leek risotto.

The picture is of mushroom and leek risotto, last night's dinner. It was the first time I made this recipe. It was meant for more than one person so I reduced the amounts of the ingredients. When it was time to put the cooked rice in I decided to put it in with the cooking water aswell. It came half way up the frying pan! It took longer than it would have done to reduce the water down, but it came out alright in the end. I made a balsamic reduction sauce to go with it. It was very tasty.
