Today's Workout - 10/6/2020

I got back to working out yesterday - but did not share about it then. Yesterday I did an hour and 30 minutes of dancing. I think I burned around 800 calories and got 10,000+ steps.
Today, I only did 45 minutes. However, that was because the school called for us to pick up Eli. I planned to at least get an hour 15 mins. I am at 6,000+ steps for today so far.
Here is what I did for 30 of those minutes, if you are interested:
This 30min cardio dance workout will challenge your stamina and will get your heart rate up. You'll burn some serious calories and as always just have a good...

It is nice to do it, even though it wears me out. Hoping that helps even though I am not doing fully low carb

@wolfgirl569 If I eat sugar, I think my blood sugar will spike....but maybe if I lose a good amount it will help them regulate better.

So I hear, lol! It's okay....at least he was JUST wet this time. He was afraid at first, but now he shouldn't be....I think someone was in the bathroom when he went to try to go....so he just couldn't hold it.

Congrats on your working out session Courtney. I worked out on the spinning bike, for around 40 minutes. I am planning to make it to 1 hour but I get tired when getting to 40 minutes.

@jvicentevalera Well I am sure if you keep going each time you'll be able to go a little more...maybe 41 tomorrow, 42 the next day...and so on lol :) Maybe not but just a thought!

Wow thats amazing, your workouts must be so enjoyable, dancing while you shed some calories that is so cool. Im sure while you do that you never feel like you are working out , you just simply enjoy.
