Last month I had my check up for my uric acid and the result was very high..my doctor advised me to lessen my intake of meat.....after that I only ate vegetables and fish,,it's a sacrifice for me b'coz I'm not used to it, almost everyday I ate meat ( lean meat) but when I had a follow up check up yesterday it became normal already...now I believe the saying "no pain no gain" now I'm adjusted to my new diet..if possible I will not eat meat anymore..

That would be a bit of a struggle for me, although I do love fish. But I gotta have my meat. I was put on a salt restriction due to high blood pressure, but the medication seems to be doing its job and I am back to cheating. I am sure the doc will scold me at some point.
