I just found this tea bags in the kitchen yesterday. Maybe some family member gave it to mom . She likes having tea or coffee in the morning in an empty stomach and she has a reason for doing so She said if you want your body get the full effects or benefits of coffee or tea or even fruits take it in the morning on a empty stomach.Your body will absorb everything she said.

@allen0187 My mom loves tea , she is drinking tea every morning instead of coffee. She said the oolong tea has that fishyafter taste but it tastes good .
