My previous company has blocked my salary which was pending, today ask HR said your salary is blocked from the management when i ask the reason they have no answer for that.
I thought up withdraw of my PF that also block by them without any reason, from next month i don't have income resource to go smoothly.
Please request you to all pray for me, I am praying to God every moment of seconds because I am getting too scared, i am feeling so alone pray for me.

Go and ask the management. Prayers are helpful but we should do something on our own too

Oh that is so so bad. Do you have any recourse to legal help in any way?
If the company is highly unreasonable, you would have to go for that option.

For Salary - Take Political Help. Not sure Local Police will help.
For PF you have option to lodge a police complaint as PF was allowed by Government to Cash out.
Calculation is taken from Economics Times --
The EPF withdrawal math
Let us say your last drawn basic salary plus DA, if received any per month is Rs 30,000 and the EPF balance in your account is Rs 3 lakh. Then the amount of money you are eligible to withdraw will be lower of:
a) Three months of basic + DA, i.e., Rs 90,000 (Rs 30,000 X 3); or
b) 75 per cent of the EPF balance , i.e., Rs 2,25,000 (75 per cent of Rs 3 lakh)
One more thing, PF cash out is not a straight process. It usually takes more than 30 to 45 days once you initiate the process. Well I am talking about my experience, though website says you will received your cash in your account within 15 to 30 days

I will keep you in my prayers. But you need to put your foot firm there. Question them and put all pressure there. They can't do away with your hard earned money and your PF. That's illegal and unprofessional on their part.

Yes the owner of company is very different & just showing his power will wait more 10 days then go the police station to compaint

There has to be some kind of wage and hour laws there. They can not block your salary I bet legally.

Yes, they can't but they have good powers which they are using but i am planning to take legal action on this.

I don't know what country your in but isn't there anyone to call? Here it would be the department of labor. Even if they fired you, they should be obligated to pay whats owed you. Go to some local churches and see what help is available. Defiantly praying for you.
