Just came from Japanese garden

Today morning,my husband and i went to Japanese garden to get some relaxation and refreshment of mind.
Few people are there,so for few hours we stay there enjoying the good atmosphere,plenty of flowers,statues of few wild animals,small park,benches.
Then we heard thunder,sky is threatening for a rain so we rush and went home,but since it's far distance,we caught from the rain but not much.
I took this photo of white rose from the garden,i hope you'll like it.

my sonday has started with sleeping after night shift and now I'm at work again until the end of the day. I went to buy some socks and pens since many stores for school equipment are closed from the pandemic.
The rose is beautiful, white and wide opened, glows with light. Did you see any bonsai trees ? any other japaneas plants ?

@rhuenz Bonsai is the Art of keeping a tree small but look like a full grown tree.
You can look for Bonsai in Wikipedia.
My work is a security officer I have to check everyone in and out of the facilities, sometimes keep an eye on equipment being left outside at electricity works.

Covid alert in our town is up. I opted to just stay home the whole day today and avoid many people. I didn't even attend mass at church. I hope your Sunday went well, did it rain?
