The game was not aired here last night but it did interupt the game that was on. Dak Prescott went down yesterday in his game against the New York Giants and right away you could see something was extremely wrong. In the replay, you can see his ankle go in the wrong direction and it later came out that he even tried o put it back into place. When he was carted off, the man was crying. Later we were updated that he had a compound fracture with a dislocation. We had even been told that the bone broke the skin hence the rush into surgery. Now we don't only have to worry about it setting right but the risk of infection is high. His brother posted a picture of him and Dak at the hospital and both are in good spirits. We wish him a speedy and full recovery. He's such a great guy in general and I really wish him nothing but the best. With luck, he'll be back on the field in no time. *picture from google

He will be out a goo year or longer. It sounds alot like the injury Alex Smith had that, that nearly killed him honestly.. Smith played Sunday for the first time since Nov. of 2018.

I know. I was so excited for him and to have his family there made it even better. The only way to compare Dak to Alex though is if he gets the multiple infections that Alex got. If I remember correctly because of the infection he ended up with 15 to 17 surgeries because they had to take muscle from somewhere else to put in his leg. The pictures were a lot more graphic.

@JordanLader He might, it is a similar kind of injury. It was exciting to see Alex again, and a bit nerve wracking.

@snowy22315 I think everyone felt that way. They say he's come back player of the year hands down even though the team lost.

Didn't catch the game but saw the video clip of the injury. Nasty. Wishing him a speedy and full recovery.
