I have used Echinacea Purpurea - a great medicin, which is also a beautiful flower, and it helps mostly to prevent the flu..

Have not heard of this. I take natural food and supplements to help fight flu. I take mushroom based supplements and fresh pure black honey.

I have hard time believe that because nothing stops you from getting a virus other then proper hygiene and your immune system

@buenavida I don’t take or eat things that I don’t know about. Also I’d trust a medical professional before putting anything in my body.

A lot of people put a lot of stock into natural products. It can't hurt.

If natural products can't prevent a disease, they can at least make it easier to endure.

If according to the title, yes some natural remedies could help ease flu. Well, I believe water is one of natural remedies. Shallots also can help ease flu. Ginger too.
