Soup is simmering on the stove

I was going to wait awhile longer to get it going but I had nothing else to do so I said "lets go!" It was easy enough to put together. Now it just has to come up to a boil and then simmer for 40 minutes and it will be ready. It is a huge pot of it but I will share some with my neighbors. Theres only so much tomato bisque that one single person can eat!

Mmmm sounds good. I have never made tomato bisque. Other tomato soups. Must be a soup day. Sunday"s turkey carcass is simmering now.
