Nephew Has a New House

My nephew was so happy his family has a house of their own. They had been renting for years, and finally, they will now pay for the lot and for the house built by the contractor.It is on an installment basis, and on easy terms which they can afford. Am happy for his family's achievement.

A home is one's comfort zone. Happy to know your nephew has finally bought his own house and lot. Pitch in pancit and puto for the house blessing, that the home brings many wonderful moments for each and every member of the family.

that's great news, hon. hopefully they'll be very happy. home ownership comes with pitfalls (maintenance), but 'tis much better'n payin' someone else rent. 'r havin' to move down the road 'gainst yer wishes fer various reasons.
