That's life. As long as you live, you can't do away with regret for it's a part of your life. For we do a lot of expectations and disappointments if we couldn't have them.

@alandalus99 yes my parents and also my ophthalmologist warned me that read while lying down is dangerous. I also used to read often while lying down, then when my eyes were tired I went to the doctor and he told me not to do that anymore, and until now my eyes are still normal and don't need glasses.
It's different with my friend's younger brother, he's been wearing glasses since he was 7 years old because he likes to read while lying down.

@sophie09 People spread news without really knowing the facts. Laying down with a book OVER your head and too close to your eyes causes eyestrain and leads to a condition called "asthenopia" (fatigue, pain in or around the eyes, blurred vision, headache). This happens also if you lay on your sofa and look at your phone. If you read in bed, with a pillow under your back it is just like reading sitting on your sofa.

Its not a problem to have myopia eyes. Its a problem when we keep our bad behaviour.
Dont let ur regret ruin yourself, just keep learning and changing ourself better than yesterday
