Should i complain to that store?

About a month ago I bought a smartphone. I ordered a smartphone. Ever since I got this smartphone it has not been working properly. A blue color appears when I write. Some letters don't work well. I was disappointed in the store where I bought this smartphone. Should I complain to that store?

I find this a strange question. Of course, you should and as quickly as possible. There must be a guarantee on the gadget. If you wait, it may have ended and you'll have to pay for the repair yourself.

I think you should return it as it should be under warranty. Some equipments come with some manufacturing defects. This seems to be one of them.

Yes most of the smartphones carry a warranty of at least a year so you should contact store or the support of smartphone brand
