Should i complain to that store?

About a month ago I bought a smartphone. I ordered a smartphone. Ever since I got this smartphone it has not been working properly. A blue color appears when I write. Some letters don't work well. I was disappointed in the store where I bought this smartphone. Should I complain to that store?

Yes most of the smartphones carry a warranty of at least a year so you should contact store or the support of smartphone brand

Shouldn't you ask them what's wrong with the phone first? Maybe they can help you fix it!
