Starting to cook dinner soon. Having baked porks chops, field peas, mashed potatoes and homemade cornbread.
That should be enough for dinner.

@CarolDM In another post I referred to breaded pork chops being the only way I can make pork chops and keep them moist. Otherwise I resort to pork steak which is more tender and juicy. But a breaded pork chop sounds really good right now.

That sounds great. I make them also with mashed potatoes but sometimes I make them with macaroni and cheese.
