That Must Have Been Some Dream

I don't know what I dreamed about, but I woke up unable to move. I was alright during all the trips to bathroom thanks to my meds, but when I woke up this morning, a muscle in my shoulder was screaming. I felt as if I had been in a fight. If I am feeling this bad lol, I would hate to see the other person in the dream.
Here's hoping that digging out that tube of BenGay will do the trick. Yes, they still make the stuff lol!

No, I don't think so... it has to be something that I did that my shoulder didn't like. The other shoulder blade is fine.

I was about to say that I would happily trade dreams with you... but that wouldn't be very nice now would it lol... Now feeling like you have been run over by a truck isn't something I would like to wake up to either lol. I am feeling better though. Had to take a nap though!!! I hate naps!

@Hate2Iron Good thing there’s none of that this morning. must have been sleeping in a bad position the other night that caused me to have those back pains.

I'm wondering about that too. I tend to always sleep on my side but did I turn over at some point and get into a weird position and fall back to sleep??

I was about to say it had to do with the sleep paralysis thing, but I guess it has to do with something else happening to your muscles.

I think that it was a box that I picked up yesterday. The clamp seems a bit loose so I carried it under my arm. That might have been it!

You're unable to move from your position while sleeping until you wake up. It's a muscle strain.

That sounds like it. It's still hurting so I might have to take something. It's been about 4 hours now.

@Hate2Iron Why not let the part be massaged or apply some hot compress? If it will work then it would be fine
