Yesterday was a great day for fitness. Maybe it was because I was so hyped with making my 110 degrees in therapy.
Here are my fitness numbers for yesterday. I'm not tracking food right now, but I am watching what I eat.
Steps: 11,964
Miles: 4.51
Activity/Exercise: 62 Minutes
Calories burned: 2085
All nine hourly step goals - 250 per hour.
I thought you would like to know I haven't lost track of my health and fitness. I won't be tracking continuously until after my second surgery and I can get back to daily health and fitness.

Could be better, I would have walked yesterday but it was raining all day. This is "my eating season" I am trying to keep it under control though. I haven't really gone nuts with anything..but haven't weighed myself in the last couple of days either.

Yes, it is. I'm doing what I can while I recover from surgery and get ready for the next one.

It's good to see an update, and that sounds like a good plan I think.
I am not doing good with either myself....not sure when I will get back on track.

And it is okay...just tired of trying to do good and failing a few days later. So best to wait till after the holidays to get back on track. I'll try to at least work out in the meantime.
