This is an auction, a bidder dressed as a bear. Some people do not want to let people know their privacy, their identity, their wealth, and who will eventually buy the cultural relics, so they will wear masks and hide their identities. However, it also proves that the auction price of cultural relics is indeed high.

Auction bidders are often anonymous - such as online or placing bids via phone. I don't see a problem here.
