If anyone has a Sky Zone or any other trampoline park in your area I highly suggest going and trying it out. We went for 2 hours tonight and I was beat. I kept having to take breaks because I am very out of shape. My 2 teenagers that went had a blast. Even the one with bad asthma was able to be active and have some fun. We opted to get the expensive membership for everyone. We get a free fountain drink and small snack every time we go. Plus when we signed up we got a free pair of their socks. Anyone remember grippy socks? That's what they use. The math works out that after 2.5 hours of jumping the membership has paid for itself. I, being the adult, am really loving the amazing massage chairs they have there. They are the kind that massage not only your back with those metal balls, but they massage your butt and your calves with some pretty heavy duty air compression. Another great thing about them is I can drop my kids off while I go run errands or go to work for a couple hours. Like I said, if you're on the fence, go check one out. I guarantee your kids, and possibly you, will have a blast.

I did gymnastics in high school and the trampoline was one of the apparatus I worked on. Loved it. today, at age 66, I cannot jump on one, my back and knees won't allow it. If I could I still would be jumping. Have fun with it and stay safe.

it looks interesting, but the trampoline park is not yet in our area. at the end we had to ask the local government to build a trampoline park in our area. so that we could enjoy the night atmosphere in the trampoline park.
