Do you dream about food when you're hungry?

I read an article once that said we don't dream about food any more than usual when we're hungry. My response was typically intellectual: "bullsh*t!" I always dream about food when I'm hungry.
The other night I was dreaming about Thai curry chicken. I woke up hungry, had some bacon and one egg for breakfast, and vowed to have Thai curry chicken for dinner.
I did, with white rice, and it was delicious!
Do you dream about food when you're hungry? Do you "follow your dreams" when it comes to culinary and gustatory choices?
Note; Photo is from Epicurus.com. I would have used one of my own but a certain MyLot friend of mine says most of my food photo make her gag.

Not always. I generally stick to my diet and menu for the week. But sometimes I have strong cravings and I follow that. 
I do dream of certain favorite meals and prepare them the earliest that's possible.

@vandana7 it doesn't help to concentrate but it takes the edge off and makes you more honest.

I try not to. Food-dreams result in high-carbs unhealthy habit of over eating-- reaching for that dream until gratified.

I don't think I have any connection between dreaming about food and actually being hungry. Not sure who the myLotter is you mentioned, but I had a good laugh. Not implying at all that I agree, of course.

Should have used your own photo. They don't have to look like a master chef photo. Are we hungry when we are sleeping? Not sure how often I have dreams where I am eating something or there is food in the dream.

I can't remember the last time I dreamed about food; so maybe I wasn't hungry.

I can't recall if I ever dreamed of food when I was hungry. However I can say when craving for something, I pick up the phone, get it ordered and delivered!
