Yay, so thankful that Nico stayed asleep until 6:30 this morning. The past couple of days he has ben up at 5:30 creating a rucus, which is not good for my mental health. Anyway, even though I play with him every night. in hopes of tiring him out,..last night right before bed we played a rousing game of catch the red dot which hopefully helped. Do your pets ever wake you up too early?

Sometimes my dog gets me up early but I just refuse to get out of bed until the correct time. I tell her no and she usually goes and lays back down.

@shaggin Ya think??? lol! The thing is if you ignore him he might go out and chomp on a sock or something, or string.

Nico isn't that obedient. He carries on until you simply must pay attention to him. Once in awhile he will feed himself and lie back down...but the food always tastes better when mommy pours it...sigh.

No pet for me. Although, my mom's pet dog sleeps in the bedroom of my sister and from what I know, the dog is a late-riser.

Very rarely does Scooby wake us up. Sometimes she'll scratch on the door if she thinks my husband will be late for work. Our dog that we had before we moved, Tasha, she was good for 2 and 3am wake ups to go outside.

When my dog was older he was into that sort of behavior. Thank God I live in a rural area because he used to want to go out and bark at nothing.

@JordanLader I think part of it is they like to hear the sound of their own voice.
