My Simple Yoga Favorites

I love how these yoga positions makes me relax and feel sleepy at night. For me a good way to wind down.
1. Raising both my legs on the wall. I have been doing this because it feels good before I learned this is a yoga pose.
2. Half lotus pose. I wish I can do the complete lotus but I am not that flexible. But this relieves stress while listening to some calming music of course. This is like an indian sit but one foot rests on the opposite thigh.
3. Child's pose. I haven't done this in a while. I should, maybe tonight. It is like the embrace of a mother, of mother Earth comforting.

Had I only been more flexible, I want to do the camel pose but its so advanced.
