Kitty, it's cold outside

The cats want out, but not really.
We have gusty winds, freezing drizzle, and cold temperatures.
So the kitties beg, I open the door, and then they rush back in.
They finally just went out. They have been trying to decide for about two hours. I bet they come back in quickly.

I hope they do too. My cat loves to go out on our porch but when it rains I do not want to let her out.

My cat is smart too but she loves going on the porch whether it is raining or not. She does not like being out there when the sun is out in the morning.

@GardenGerty Salem is usually allowed to come and go. But for safety I am making her stay in for now. She is due in the next couple weeks or so. She wont want out after baby gets here until it is at 4 to 5 weeks old.

They still go in and out, just not as much if the weather is wet.

Currently 18°C and sunny here in St Catharines, supposed to get up to 23° but humidex supposed to make it feel like 28°C. Of course, it's supposed to get to 17° and rainy tomorrow and getting colder over the weekend. I miss the days of my youth when weather behaved itself.

the resident cat 'd stay out fer hours'n awful weather. she used to make fun 'f the pup, who'd not go out if'n 'twas rainin', snowin' 'r blustery cold. said kitty'd scoff 't the pup fer her lack 'f bravery.
