Onions, garlic and watermelon

My mother-in-law went to the farmer's market and she bought me kilos of garlic and onions. It has delighted me because they are very expensive in the market nearby. The other day, I bought onions from the seafood market and some also from the supermarket. Well, at least it many mean not buying garlic and onions for months. Someone also gave my husband a very huge watermelon so, these were the blessings I received today. What about you?

@Janet357 I have no choice but have to go out whether there are people at the store or not and try to dodge them as best I can. The workers do not move that fast with some machines they push around and no masks so hard to get around them.

It is not good to store too much of onions these days. They catch the moisture in the air and sprout and become useless to be used in cooking.
