@JudyEv Perhaps it is not an option but you can still watch some youtube videos of Zumba. Maybe you can find a slow Zumba.

Oh I see thank you for the explaining. In my country, Zumba is held on a gym class with irregular hours depending on the trainer. If you like that trainer, you can join that particular trainer slots.

Zumba is just a normal dance with exercises. Of course you have to dance with the rhythm of the music. It is not a class. My friend and I just dance by watching the videos and following the Zumba dance on you tube channel. Thank you @id_peace

@id_peace we have that Zumba class also here in Germany. We just follow the youtube Zumba dances and we do it at home. It is cheaper and safer that way than going to a gym or fitness studio.

Indeed, beautiful! I attended zumba exercises some four years ago. My daughter taught our sessions. Then, near the end (2 zumba sessions) of the birthday gift-card she gave me, I gave up because it was so cold to go out of my house in winter to do zumba. Excuses.
