Last Friday my office mate brought me his farm's produce of guyabano fruit, cucumbers and bottle gourd . I only paid him 3 dollars for all those stuff consisting of 3 kilos cucumber, 1 pc. Bottle gourd, 2 pcs. Guyabano, while the sugar apple costs .40 cents per kilo which I bought along the highway. It's been years that I haven't eaten a sugar apple and finding them along the road selling so cheap is something to be thankful. I bought 2and half kilos which we have to finish until Sunday or they become over riped.

I've never heard of bottle gourds, guyabano fruit, or sugar apples. Fresh fruits and vegetables taste wonderful and they are very healthy, too!

@kobesbuddy because they are easily perishable like those above and besides they are not planted in large quantities they are only planted in the backyards.

Is Custard Apple the same as sugar apple?
I think you got all these fruits and veggies for a good enough price.
We are getting even fruits and vegetables online, although we sometimes have to take care of the quantities that are available.

I think sugar apple is also custard apple. We buy fruits from physical stores to make sure we get good qualities.
