Storm "Quinta" caused a lot of damage to property as it raged yesterday(Monday and Sunday night).
There are no reports yet if there were people who died or were injured by the typhoon. Most areas affected had power outages, probably the reason for the delayed reports.Authorities are still assessing the damages or if there were casualties .
Just praying there were no casualties.

Thats true my father informed me that our place there didn’t have any damage in the house but a lot of banana trees are felled down amd the place is a mess right now. They will be cleaning a lot again. What is worse is they also have no power there so itbis quite uncomfortable for them there.

Yes, many plants were destroyed; and it is hard when there's no electricity; even water supply in some areas.

I know how storms like that can be. Hurricanes aren't much better. Hopefully, no lives were lost during this one and you can work on restoring your homes and businesses.

@acelawrites I am sorry, too. Storms tend to cost lives. That's just a fact of life.

Stay safe.
Seen in the news that there were chest high and waist deep floods in some areas.

This made me worry for my family in the Philippines. They are doing fine, but I still worry because accidents do happen even in normal times, what's more in the middle of flooded streets and high winds?
I hope you and your family stay safe through all these.
