Cooking on stone

Last night i cooked chicken meat on stone. It is an interesting way to cook. If you open Youtube, many people do that when they are in the woods or bush. The result is very different with fried or boiled/stewed.

That's fascinating. You oil the stone a little so that the meat doesn't stick? Many years ago I used a wood stove to cook with and bake with. It is very hard to regulate the heat. There must be even heat for cooking things like pasta.
