Browser Vs. App

I apologize again for not posting anything in a while. Is it just me, or is it easier to keep track of things via app? I don't open my internet browser on my phone very often unless I want to search for something on Google. I believe that MyLot would be successful as an App. Hmm..

Mylot may work as an app, and open itself to a wider market. But, the site hasn't been updated in a while. Given it's a blog-based site (that pays most people), for me having it as a website works better for me. Using a screen reader on a computer is actually easier for me.

@KityCat I completely agree with you there. The style makes it the most accessible. At least in my opinion, anyway.

Does myLot have an app? I only ask because I disappear from here often and I'm likely not updated on anything anymore. Anyway... Sometimes apps are nice, but sometimes browsers are fine. Sometimes there are features you can access only through a browser, but not on an app. Sometimes it's the other way around. Personally, if all my needs are accessible on a browser, I prefer just using the browser, because sometimes the problems with apps is more about the space it takes up in storage or memory.

Yep. I think most of us have grown used to access this site on a browser

I stillike browser. Instagram browser updates faster than the ig app. So that may happen to mylot.

Well being completely web based has its uses . For example if mylot where to be released has an app , they would have to release it for each and every operating system . like android , windows , ios, MacOS , linux etc . Begin a web version , you could access it using any browser irrespective of the operating system , doesn't matter what the user is using . Doesn't that sound cool ? Now they could very well make it accessible via web(like they have now) and create an app , but then the developers have to spend hours developing it , which could be tedious. I think that's why they haven't created an app

Haha, yeah, that's true. I'll just have to remember to open my internet browser more often!

Website is okay but maybe I would like the app idea too. :)
