Hello mylotters! My employeer harvested salt water Bangus or milk fish last week. That time was such an amazing moment wherein I witnessed personally how the caretakers harvested the Bangus in their fish cages. After the harvest, the sorter sorted the Bangus according to their sizes to have different gate prices. I really love eating grilled Bangus! How about you guys?

I like milkfish but eating it can be taxing with all its fish bone.

@kearkear that's an option. Although, de-boned milkfish isn't fully de-boned.

Never eat milk fish before. I am more familiar with mackerel. Just grill them and dip into soy sauce with lime and chilies.
