They say that your marriage is education every day, what have you learnt from your husband or wife since you got married? And how has your marriage survived

I was happily married for 53 years and you have to learn give and take, and also it's important that you laugh together.

@simplfred congratulations as it's not always easy to spend more years in marriage as people divorce everyday like nothing

Single. It is not that I don't BELIEVE marriage can be good. I just ... I haven't had many good examples of how to get through 'the rough patches' of a marriage, I don't think.

Our marriage has survived with love, trust, laughing together, daily hugs and kisses, and putting the other first.

Open-communication, compromise, understanding, dreaming together, helping and supporting each other, apologizing, having similarities, same values, being sweet always, and having the same wavelengths. :) I always love talking to my husband. Even if we are just watching a movie, we can't stop talking and joking.

@Kumukyawaliz Youll have to choose each other everyday, no matter what. It's willingness to make it work consciously. :)
