Health Report for Yesterday - October 26

Good morning from sunny Green Bay, Wisconsin. I'm home from Therapy which was good. I have one more therapy session on Thursday before my next surgery on Monday. The good news is I'm at 116 degrees now, up one. Just four to go before they will be completely happy, though no one expects me to get to 120 before surgery.
I did well with my numbers yesterday. I'm trying to get my 10K steps before my surgery because I know it will be a while before I'm able to get them after.
Here are yesterday's fitness numbers.
Steps: 10,225
Miles: 3.8
Activity/Exercise: 51 Minutes
Calories burned: 1863
Weight: 172.4 - New Low
My right leg is doing better with walking and exercise, but still not as active as my left leg. I know all that will change next week when I get my left knee replaced. I'm really looking forward to that. I got the good news this morning from my doctor's office. My hemoglobin level is improved, so the surgery is a go.
How are you doing with your exercise program? Thanks for reading. Image courtesy of Pixabay.

I would think it would take quite a while in therapy to get up to 120, but you are still doing great.
Best wishes for a successful surgery once again.
I had a great walk this morning and may do another one while it's still sunny and mild.

@crazyhorseladycx Thank you. Today I did without the walker and plan on keeping it that way until I go to the hospital on Monday.
I'm glad you're not a couch potato. I couldn't picture that. I hope you were able to fill the bird feeders and get some pictures.

That's good to hear though, 116 is still good....not too far from 120.
