@Nevena83 I had to make this overseas phone call and hate doing them and sat on the line for a long time waiting and then had to talk to a different department and then was put on hold and then really did not get answers and finally had to drag it out of the person and because she works at home could not talk to a supervisor so after I dragged it out of her I said goodbye. I hate those that do not understand and do not help and so I turned to someone for help and they are leaving me hanging and I am very frustrated because do not know what to do and cannot call this toll free number which is not a toll free number from here to there and it is very expensive so I hope this person will end up helping me get answers and so I have no idea what to do and what is going on.
