My Writing Goals: How I Did Today. (10.27.20.)

Hey there, everyone. I did a lot of work today, and even though I'm up later than I wanted to be, I'm glad that I could be productive. But since I did a lot of orders, this is going to be a lengthy post.
I worked on several Textbroker orders today, so let's get down to business:
The first order was 400-500 words, and I wrote a little over 400 words (I usually try to make it stretch, but I didn't have anything else to add this time around). It was for a client I've never worked with in the past, and there was a little research involved, so it took 57 minutes to complete the order.
The second order was for the same client, at 400-500 words with some research, and I wrote a little over 500 words. It took 1 hour and 1 minute to complete the order.
The third order was for another client, but also a client I've never worked with in the past. Just like the orders for the other client, this one was also 400-500 words, and I wrote a little over 500 words. There was more control over the topic (as long as it revolved around the given keyword), so I didn't have to do a lot of research. It only took 37 minutes to complete the order, and it has already been accepted, plus the client gave me a rating of "excellent," which is usually optional on Textbroker.
The fourth order was from a team I haven't seen in over a year. It's a restaurant description team, and one of my favorite teams, so I jumped at the opportunity to write for them again. The orders are only 70-90 words with just a little research. I wrote 98 words and it took 12 minutes. I know that sounds like a lot for 98 words, but it's been a while and I've always had a certain way of writing the descriptions for this team, so I needed to find my groove again. The order has been accepted with an "excellent" rating.
The fifth order was also from the restaurant team, and I wrote 93 words in 6 minutes. Clearly, I'm already finding my groove with them again. Here's to hoping they're back for the long haul again, because I'd love to be able to fill in the gaps with their orders!
Now, onto the Fiverr orders...
I worked on a bulk order for a regular client, which was four 300-word orders with a little research (client provided the resources). I was starting to wind down, as you'll see with the final order on the list.
300-word Order #1: 24 minutes.
300-word Order #2: 19 minutes.
300-word Order #3: 26 minutes.
300-word Order #4: 44 minutes.
Yep, definitely winding down.
As for staying up later than I wanted to, that's my own fault for losing my focus. I basically watched Halloween (2018) before getting started on them. I'm paying for it now, but I needed the break after the first three Textbroker orders (the two short ones were in between the Fiverr orders). I need to watch it though because I came too close to my deadline again. I think for the Christmas season, movies are going to have to be for earlier in the day or weekends, but not evenings unless I don't have any tight deadlines.
With that all being said, I'm hitting the hay because I'm very tired. G'night, or good morning, stay safe and take care, everyone. :)

Sounds like a busy day in writing for you. How many hours straight do you work in the day when all is said and done ? I have movies playing in the background when I'm working just for the noise as it gets too quiet at times.

@tammys85 ah okay. I'm still working from home for my job and love it. I wish I knew of some sites I could make some extra cash on besides this one. I enjoy doing things on the side.

Yes, it is a very long post! Glad you have done everything, I think you really are a great writer, wow! I really want to be one of the best writers in the world but I think that won't happen... 'coz if you think you procrastinate already by watching... I think you can't beat my laziness to study hard and correct my English grammar.
Thank you fro sharing. I reaaly do admire people who are able to work excellently and know how to focus.
