Enjoy a Baked Potato for Dinner

Yes, again, I enjoyed a loaded baked potato for dinner. I could eat these every day. I added butter, cheese, sour cream and bacon bits. Very good.
A little chili was leftover from yesterday. I added about a spoonful to the potato. Perfect addition.
Still raining, all from the hurricane down south. Enjoy your evening everyone.

That sounds and looks yummy. I have taken Boiled Potatoes but that is on some Fasting days in the year. Else, I mostly have Potatoes in a vegetable- either alone or in combination, with or without gravy.

@CarolDM Yes and in fact I read somewhere that Potatoes are the staple Veggie thing for the Russians. It is used in India too a lot but still we can perhaps use it more.

That looks delicious. I do enjoy loaded baked potatoes but I still have some scallopped potatoes in the fridge I am trying to use up.
