What are you having for dinner tonight?

Last night, I was feeling unambitious and not very hungry, so I just redid breakfast for dinner: two slices of bacon and an egg. No toast. Tonight, I'm not sure what I'll have. Perhaps some Thai soup with rice. I haven't done that in awhile. The other day, I had half of a spinach quiche from Trader Joe's. It doesn't look that lovely, but it was filling and tasted good. What's on your dinner menu for tonight?

@thelme55 I dunno if I'd like that or not. Depends on the sauce, I reckon.

@florelway Does it have its own flavor, like spinach does?

@TheHorse Moringa is a leafy vegetables. It's a staple food in our place. It can only be cooked as soup mixed with fish or meat, chicken ginger and tomatoes.

@TheHorse white fish, salsa of some kind, cheddar cheese, tortilla chips, and avocado and sour cream. You could put black olives or jalapenos on it too. It is an excellent dish..

@TheHorse Looking up recipes now. We had a baked pasta (lasagne-like) last week, kids will only eat beef burgers, and we had tacos earlier in the week.

What's eff? I'm guessing egg french fry, lol. I've shared this before but we probably trying biscuit and gravy breakfast pizza made with keto fat head dough, yum. Yum for the dough. The rest will be new for me.

@TheHorse fast head dough is made with almond flour, cream cheese, egg and models cheese. I think I made it once with just the cheeses. It's considered a keto food since it's very low on carbs and higher on fat.

The pic is of a quiche? I thought quiche was round. My mom made us mushroom soup so we will have that for dinner. I am probably gonna have to go buy sour cream. We are all out and mushroom soup is great with sour cream. Not sure if we will have anything else after the soup. Maybe I will fry up some eggplant with sesame oil and garlic...

I did exactly that yesterday. My plan for this evening is to play bass along with a jazz radio station (I guess that means I'll be practicing jazz bass) and then eat pasta when I get hungry.

I think I'll try something bold and unusual: food. I get half an order of chicken quesadillas at Chuy's. I eat one at the restaurant and bring the other one home for dinner. That and some chicken soup (still fighting the ear infection, although it's much better), along with a banana or some peaches, will suit me fine.

@TheHorse Hubby is cooking. Stir fry is his thing. He used chicken, shrimp, onion, bean sprouts, Bok Choy, carrot, celery, chopped ginger, carrot, and jicama. After cooking, I think he used stir fry sauce from a jar. Then added a sprinkle of 5spice. He doesn't add soy sauce while cooking. That sounds good.

What is Milo? Tonight I may just have a dish that some MyLotters (they will remain nameless) claim I invented: pasta with olive oil and a shake or two of Parmesan/Romano cheese. Amazing that nobody thought it up before.
