Sleeping Problem

Hello, it's 22.00 PM in here. I think i have a sleep problem. I just entered college and i think i'm Goong through a period of adaptation. i can't manage my time, i always staying up late everynight. And only can concentrate do my task in midnight. What can i do?

Adjusting period takes time. Try to relax yourself before sleeping and forget about your worries. Worrying increases your sleeping problems. Do something relaxing before you go to bed. It could be drinking a tea or milk, taking a shower, listening to music or reading a book. College will be fun. Congrats to the new chapter.

Yes i think it's true that i have to keep away from my phone. Often times, I spend a lot of time with my cellphone. And thank's for all your suggestion!!

You have to do it for you said you can only do it during midnight. That means you have no option.

You need to make an effort to manage your time wisely so you get your needed sleep and can concentrate on your studies.
