When I woke up this morning, I was looking at the shadows of the plants in our wndow if they were being blown by strong winds. They were not.
We are expecting there'll be signs of the strong typhoon "Rolly" by this time because weathermen raised the storm warning in our province.
This is quite dangerous because people would think the strong typhoon would not come, so they will be complacent and be caught unprepared, just like when strong typhoon "Yolanda" wreaked havoc in our country.
It is what they called "calm before the storm" which is quite decieving.Hope people would still be on the alert so everyone will be safe.

There's flooding in some areas due to excessive rains and storm surge. Nature's wrath!

i reckon 'tis jest human nature. here'n the u.s. when they know 'head 'f time that storms 're comin', many do the same. i hope yerself'n family remain'n 'lert. i'd rather be o'erly prepared 'n the storm be weak than the 'pposite.
