Mkunazi tree and it's benefits

Mkunazi tree has small green leaves which can be processed to produce beuty products for protecting our skin to be smooth and also it provides us with fruits which are very sweet and delicious. At first I only knew that this tree provide fruits but I was amazed to know it's other benefits . Have you seen this tree before?

Hmmm, is there other name for that tree? Never heard that name. Or maybe you can zoom the fruits and the leaves so we could recognize it?
