Happy November to all mylotters. And we are inching close to the end of the year that will go down into history for many reasons but mainly for unpleasant ones.
A new month begins and it begins with a new hope. In India it's the month of the Grand festival of lights...DiwaliWe have two weeks to go for it. And most of Indian household have begun with the preparation already. Deep cleaning of houses, gifts, sweets, traditional cooking, laxmi puja( worshipping goddess of wealth), lighting lamps, decorating houses, rangoli( decorating floors with traditional designs)... This actually sums up the spirit of the festival.
So most households have begun with deep cleaning of their houses. And markets both online and offline are flooded with offers and discounts.
Last month here was a good one for me. Though I didn't touch the two digit number but glad that I made few dollars more than payout. Happy that once again my online savings will begin from this amount
Hoping we all do great in this monthon all fronts including our online earnings.
Leaving you with this beautiful image of a fresh bloom of hibiscus in my gardenLet's welcome this month with all positivity

Do you celebrate despite the virus? Most official celebrations are been cancelled here, but people still celebrate in their homes. The deep cleaning is before Christmas here, but I clean my house every day, so I will not have so much to do.

@arunima25 We celebrate everything at home, we do not go out, it is too dangerous now.

It will be indoor celebration and I am not stepping out for shopping. I am ordering everything online to be safe. It's same here. I clean my house on regular basis and so not much is there for me to clean.

I guess they are resting and hibernating for fresh blooms in summer. The festival is next week but the mood has already set in.

I have an OCD when it comes to cleaning. My house undergoes such cleaning every day , week and month. But yes few top shelves need attention and I am going to do that this week every afternoon.

@NoorNoor Yes I do things on a regular basis. That helps to maintain things better and they do not become overwhelming at once.

Oh! I bet they do. And if we really see the Hindu traditional calendar there are lot many special days. But in today's busy times we can't afford to celebrate all. Actually Hindus worshipped every form of Nature on their special days to show their gratitude to Mother Nature.
