I can't believe it happened this way. During the day the sun was very scorching that there was even no sign of rain ?. But when evening eventually came there was a quick formation of clouds ? overhead and without wasting time it started raining immediately and heavily. But even though it rained cats and dogs, it never stopped some people from the neighborhood to gather around table as usual to take their whiskey, wine and beer ??. I think the flood did not scared the men away. Is there anybody who also experienced heavy downpour this Saturday like I did in my country? Let us know please if there was heavy rain and flood in your area or neighborhood. But with such flood, Do we blame the government for not properly managing the city or its just a change of climate. Let's here your opinion too. Every opinion matters.

While there was rain this week, nothing close to what you described. It does flood easily, but we're above the major flood zones and we have a storm drain in our front yard and another one right around the corner. So while we can quickly get a mirror as my husband likes to call it, it quickly drains within a few minutes to a half hour after the rains have stopped. My husband does a good job of keeping the storm drain in front of our yard, clean. This helps with the drainage.

Very fun people. Maybe they already getting used to such condition ( the flood). I have ever found video of wedding guests who dancing in the flood while the local artist singing without worrying to get a shock by electric current. The water was already a half of their body!

Woah, they are such positive people. I hope no one drunk and drown in the flood (and no one get covid) Maybe government are wrong for not take care of their citizen, but we can't avoid a fact a lot of people also throw their trash everywhere. The city became dirty, and trash clogs the drainage. It caused the flood

I think we can't just blame the government, we have to look at the causes why the floods occur, and maybe many problem that cause water flooding into your area.
