It's really cold out there

Not sure if the eye of the storm is already here, but it's been really cold over here. That I had cover my dog towel just to battle the shivering cold. It wasn't enough so I had them inside the house.
I hope we don't experience a black out as the winds started to get strong. But were lucky compare to those who live near the coastal areas were floods had become rampant. Not to mention they were reported deaths already.
To those affected by the storm, stay inside...

@Letranknight2015 True my place was badly in bicol.
. Just grateful that my father’s house wasn’t damaged by it. They are just having no power as of the moment and l expect this to be longer.

Hello @ZedSmart They wre reported casualty because of the floods coming from the lava flow of the volcano, it killed even a child.
