Our area may not be included in the typhoon's path but we also experience strong winds and rainfall. The strong winds might affect power lines causing power outage in this hour of the night. I hope there will be no flash floods just like what happened almost a decade ago where many lives were washed out causing numerous deaths and missing persons.

Our poace was supposed to be partially hit by the typhoon but as it passed several mountainous terrains the typhoon has already weakened so there are no rains right now just light rains and some winds. Reports says it supposed to be passing by now but we are not feeling the full strength of the storm for now. l hope it stays this way until tomorrow.

@ZedSmart Report says it is already going out and we in Manila is once again spared from the storm. I am just sad that my home province was not spared and did get the brunt of the storm. My province just had been badly hit by the first storm Quinta and now the second one hit them again badly for the second time. I heard there is another storm brewing hopefully they won’t follow the same path with the two previous storms

No rains here in Manila at this time. Almost 10:00pm although it has been raining all day. Nothing crazy though.
Hope we have seen the worst of the typhoon.

@ZedSmart is it? I know it is the strongest typhoon to hit the Philippines so far this 2020 but didn't know that it is the strongest typhoon in the world this 2020.

It's often those who aren't in the direct path that are affected the most. Good luck and good thing you were inside when it hit.

For people who lived decade ago may feel trauma about the possibility experiencing the same great flood. I also always feel terrified when there was an earthquake even it's just a small trembling because I ever had experienced a big earthquake about 3 years ago.
