I know I'm kind of a pervert, but I have to ask: Do neutered kitties make whoopie?

When I woke up this morning, I heard kitty meowing at my door. I had let her sleep or hunt "in the wild" last night.
She demanded a purr fest and then breakfast. Once I fed her, she settled in on the stairs, watching. Just now, he boyfriend came by. I meowed at him, to let him know I condone their relationship, and then whispered to kitty: "Go for it! Go play!"
She actually did look up at me, and watched him intensely, even shifting her position when he pretended not to notice us when he headed to some bushes where I've seen them play.
She ultimately decided to come inside and is now asleep by the stereo. My perverted question: Do neutered kitties still make whoopie (a Johnny Carson reference) when they're out playing at night?
Kitty looks so innocent and hasn't told me one way or another. But I think she's a kitty teenager, as she's spending more and more time away from the house.

You know you’re a pervert, so I won’t disagree.
Don’t know, but I’ve seen neutered and spayed dogs getting romantic with human legs. Does that count?

@crossbones27 — just a suggestion: get rid of that “dog butt” scented cologne!

No.
I have heard of a spayed girl who was 'raped' by a much bigger, stronger unfixed male. She had serious bites and claw punctures when the owner took her to the vet, and the vet told the owner that she had lacerations where the male had done the deed.
Two fixed cats don't make whoopie. They will wrestle, play chase and other playing behaviours, but not whoopie.

Neutered dogs sometimes rub themselves against human beings. Not my Luna, of course

@marguicha Yes. My music buddy's three-legged pit bull tried to h*mp my arm as I sat down on the couch one night. I told him our relationship was "Platonic," and he settled down in my lap before I grabbed my guitar.

Nope and a male shouldn't even want to because she won't be putting on the "let's make whoopie scent." @TheHorse

@nanette64 I hope he's not taking advantage of her. She is warm and has lots of fur. He is skinny and has short hair.

Uhm... neutered cats may still try, sometimes for years, when presented with a female in heat. But females won't be interested after spaying.

The males can but the females are only able to when ready to breed. So if she lets him you can expect babies in a little over 2 months

I don't mind if they're being romantic with each other, so long as nobody gets hurt. My friends' cockatiel, Romeo, was an abusive lover with Juliet, and pulled out all of her head feathers when he was mating with her. He was my buddy and used to play guitar with me, but I scolded him for his tendencies toward spousal abuse.
